Step 2: Provide us with information:

1. If the product defect is due to the manufacturer or shipping, please provide us with information and images about the product, time of purchase, and need for return.

2. If the product causes allergies or irritation, m:skinlab’s consultants and experts will contact you immediately to find out the cause and instruct you to test the product’s reaction on your skin:

a. Use a small amount of product on the skin areas under the chin, behind the ears, or as directed by a specialist, and check for reactions after 24 hours.

b. Check the reaction of the product for at least 03 days.

c. You send us images of the skin during the product’s reaction test.

Step 3: Identify skin reactions and product defects and conclude.

Step 4: Proceed to return the product if the request meets the conditions.
